Our Objectives
- Teach and promote the Korean Martial art of “Gongkwon Yusul” as developed and taught by its founder Master Kang Jun.
- Act as the official representative of Gongkwon Yusul in Australia
- Assist with the promulgation of information about Gongkwon Yusul in the English-speaking world.
Vincent Bacon receives his official Gongkwon Yusul Black Belt certificate from Master Kang,
becoming the first instructor in the English-speaking world.

Gongkwon Yusul and associated logos are registered international trademarks. Only instructors certified with Gongkwon Yusul International are permitted to market services as Gongkwon Yusul or use Gongkwon Yusul related logos and trademarks. These trademarks include international patents that encompass seminars, operation of gymnasiums, franchises and products using the Gongkwon Yusul logo. Legal action may be taken against any unauthorised use of the name Gongkwon Yusul or its associated logos.
